Laura Cahill is an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience in private practice and higher education. She works as a psychotherapist at Dublin City University and privately at Prospect Psychotherapy in Glasnevin, Dublin.
Laura has extensi experience supporting individuals and couples through relationship difficulties, chronic illness, domestic abuse, and coercive control. She is passionate about pain neuroscience and has presented at psychological conferences across Ireland.
Alongside Emma Keane, Laura developed and delivers professional training on domestic abuse and coercive control for legal professionals and practitioners. Her integrative approach draws on CBT, person-centred, psychodynamic and trauma-focused therapies.

Emma Keane is a relationship counsellor and psychotherapist with a strong background in working with individuals, couples, and families. She brings warmth, compassion and specialist expertise to her practice, creating a safe and non-judgemental space for clients.
Emma has a particular expertise in domestic abuse and coercive control. She has co-developed, alongside Laura Cahill, a widely respected CPD training programme for legal professionals working with separating or divorcing clients in family law settings - recognised and featured by the Law Society of Ireland.
Emma's integrative approach is grounded in the belief that awareness, specialist training and compassionate support are essential to helping families navigate complex and challenging situations. She is affiliated with Dublin City University and continues to develop professional training in this area.
